So-called dream Aauto Quicker!
Petrucci is the only unconventional broken guitar player on the fast bomb list. Together with his band Dream Theater, he created one epic after another for radical metals. His performance incorporates many musical elements, from blues to flamenco, which he hunted.
His personal introduction:
John Petrucci was born in 1967, kings park, Long Island, New York, USA. When he was 8 years old, he had a brief interest in guitar (because he saw his sister staying up late for organ lessons), but this interest did not last long. He didn't really start playing guitar until 12 years old. He began to feel the influence of some great guitarists on the island and made up his mind to move towards their piano skills. People who had an important influence on him in his early days included Yngwie Malmsteen. Randy Rhodes, Iron Lady, jimmie riu vaughan, Yes, Rush, etc. With the rise of Metal Band, John became interested in Metal Band and Queen. In order to make his performance more challenging, he trained his fingers, including the skills of tapping strings and playing fast, as well as those from Steve (Steve Moss & Steve van), Als (Allen Holdsworth & ampAl DiMeola),
Mike Stern, Joe Satriani, Neil Schon & the melody in eddie van halen's music.
John's music study began in the music theory class in high school. Later, I went to the Berkeley Conservatory of Music in Boston, taught myself some music courses, and learned jazz composition and harmony. In Berkeley, he and his old classmate John Ming met Mike Portnoy and formed a band called "Majestic", which was the predecessor of the later Dream Theater. John co-recorded eight albums with Dream Theatre I * * *, and he also participated in the recording of other music, including Liquid Tension Experiment, Age of Impact and the music of a Sega Saturn game called Necronomicon, which was co-produced with Tony Levin. His love for lyrics creation and his special gradual fusion composition style have made the style of Dream Theater. John lives in new york with his wife Lena and their three children, Sami Joe, Renee and Li Yingzhi Li Yingzhi. Besides playing guitar, he usually goes skating, cycling and watching movies with his wife and children in his spare time.
