Referring to Article 31 of the Nurses' Regulations, if a nurse has any of the following circumstances in her practice, the competent health department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order her to make corrections according to the division of responsibilities and give her a warning; If the circumstances are serious, their practice activities of less than 6 months 1 year shall be suspended until their nurse's practice certificate is revoked by the original issuing department:

Nurses who cause medical accidents in their practice activities shall bear legal responsibilities in accordance with the relevant provisions on the handling of medical accidents.

According to Article 32 of the Nurses' Regulations, if a nurse's practice certificate is revoked, she may not apply for practice registration within 2 years from the date when the practice certificate is revoked.
