Referring to Article 31 of the Nurses' Regulations, if a nurse has any of the following circumstances in her practice, the competent health department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order her to make corrections according to the division of responsibilities and give her a warning; If the circumstances are serious, their practice activities of less than 6 months 1 year shall be suspended until their nurse's practice certificate is revoked by the original issuing department:
(a) found that the patient was in critical condition and did not immediately notify the doctor;
(two) it is found that the doctor's advice violates the provisions of laws, regulations, rules or technical specifications for diagnosis and treatment, and it is not put forward or reported in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of these regulations;
(3) disclosing the patient's privacy;
(four) the occurrence of natural disasters, public health incidents and other emergencies that seriously threaten public life and health, and do not obey the arrangement to participate in medical rescue.
Nurses who cause medical accidents in their practice activities shall bear legal responsibilities in accordance with the relevant provisions on the handling of medical accidents.
According to Article 32 of the Nurses' Regulations, if a nurse's practice certificate is revoked, she may not apply for practice registration within 2 years from the date when the practice certificate is revoked.
