The purpose of signing is to confirm that the cardholder (not himself) has spent money in the mall, otherwise the money on the card will disappear without reason if you don't sign it. Blame the mall staff for stealing your credit card. It doesn't matter if the signature is not my own, as long as it can prove that the holder of this card spent money, not the behavior imagined by the mall.
