3. Personal data sheet
Fill in the information truthfully to ensure that the information is accurate and complete.
4. ID card
Copies of the front and back of the ID card should be copied on a piece of A4 paper.
5. Household registration book
Original and photocopy of the household registration book, including the home page, household home page and all family members' pages.
If the husband and wife's household registration are not together, the original and photocopy of the spouse's household registration book shall be provided.
6. Business license
The original and photocopy of the business license of China Company shall be stamped with the official seal.
