How to set a signature in Outlook20 10?

Office20 10 will not generate shortcuts on the desktop by default after installation. We will open outlook20 10 from the start menu:

After opening outlook20 10, we click "File" in the upper left corner, and then click "Options":

Open outlook Options, and then click Mail Options:

On the right side of the switch mail option, locate and click the signature button:

Open the Signature and Stationery dialog box, and then click the New button:

Enter a new signature name in the pop-up dialog box, and then click OK:

Then enter the signature content in the body of the edit signature and format it, and then click OK to save the settings:

Then in the returned outlook Options dialog box, click OK to return to the outlook window:

In the outlook window, click the New E-mail button under the Start tab:
