To apply for a card at China Construction Bank and pay social security, you need to bring the following documents: ID card of the household head, bank card, and social security card account number.

1. Individuals who pay social security can receive social security (pension + medical care) as a freelancer.

2. Participation conditions: Urban household registration or rural household registration.

2. Application location: Social security service point in local community street, or social security bureau (Labor and Social Security Bureau) at the district and county level.

3. Basic information required for individuals to pay social security: household registration book, ID card and copy, and 2 1-inch photos.

4. Payment standard: Based on the local average salary in the previous year, the pension payment ratio is 20% and the medical payment is about 9%. Currently, there are two levels to choose from: 80% and 100%.
