The process for reviewing materials for social activities held by the Youth League Committee is as follows:
1. Download the corresponding application form (please read the instructions for filling out the form carefully).
2. Relevant staff of the applicant unit will review, sign and stamp the application. College student activities must first be reported to the Youth League Committee for approval.
3. Bring relevant materials to the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee for approval (Administrative Building 616).
4. Approval by the Security Department.
5. Approval from the Logistics Support Department.
