Electronic driver's license, commonly known as "electronic driver's license", is a supplement to the physical driver's license. It has been implemented in 28 cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Chengdu, providing drivers with online "bright license" and "clear code" services to better facilitate people's travel.
Electronic driver's license has realized "three conveniences":
1. It is very convenient to use. Drivers can log in to the "Traffic Management12123" APP personal account to get it. Electronic driver's license and paper driver's license have the same legal effect.
2. Easy to present. The electronic driver's license is generated by the national public security traffic control electronic license system, which dynamically displays the driver's license status, and can be applied to many scenarios such as law enforcement management and public service, facilitating real-time inquiry, real-time presentation and real-time verification.
3. easy to use. Electronic driver's license adopts digital signature anti-counterfeiting technology, which is true, unique, safe and reliable. Drivers can show their electronic driver's license for traffic control, traffic violations, traffic accidents and other traffic control services without submitting paper driver's license; Drivers can also show their electronic driver's license when handling insurance claims, renting vehicles and job recruitment, and relevant units can verify their driving qualifications online, which is more convenient for people to travel by car and better serves the development of enterprises and industries.
