The use of the official seal of the enterprise is as follows:
1. When using the official seal, a seal registration system must be established, and the examination and approval procedures must be strict. The examination and approval department has the right to refuse to print documents and contracts that do not meet the requirements;
2. The company's business contract, project agreement, power of attorney, commitment letter and other seals need the approval of department heads and leaders, and can only be stamped after filling in the official seal registration form, and at the same time, copies of documents need to be submitted for the record;
3. Blank contracts, agreements, certificates and letters of introduction cannot be used. If it is really necessary to stamp the official seal for special work, it must be approved by the deputy general manager or the general manager before it can be issued.
Any unit using the official seal must strictly abide by the leadership examination and approval system. That is, every use of the official seal of the unit must be approved by the legal representative of the unit. If the legal representative of the unit goes out or cannot approve other important tasks, the legal representative of the unit must also authorize the deputy and other appropriate personnel to approve the use.
Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Seals in People's Republic of China (PRC), if enterprises, institutions, non-governmental organizations, villagers' committees, deliberation and coordination institutions and non-permanent institutions registered in the civil affairs departments need to engrave seals, they shall apply to the public security organs of local people's governments at or above the county level for quasi-engraving procedures with the engraving certificate issued by the competent department at a higher level and the approval text of the establishment of the unit. If there is no superior competent department, it shall apply to the local public security organ at or above the county level for quasi-engraving procedures with the business license, the registration certificate issued by the registration management department or the certificate issued by the local police station. The handling personnel handling the quasi-engraving formalities shall handle the quasi-engraving formalities with the entrustment certificate of the engraving unit and my identity certificate, and provide the identity certificate of the name stamp at the same time. The public security organ of the people's government at or above the county level shall, within three working days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to issue the quasi-engraving procedures.
