Personal file migration process
Files are directly formed historical records. "Direct formation" means that the archives inherit the originality of the documents, and "historical records" means that the archives not only inherit the originality of the documents, but also inherit the recordability of the documents, and are original documents that reproduce the true appearance of history. The following is the personal file migration process that I have compiled for you. I hope it will be helpful to you!
The process is as follows:
1. Before personal files are transferred, there needs to be a receiving unit. If there is no working unit, a receipt certificate will be issued at the Talent Center with the name of the receiving unit written on it. and detailed address, and have the stamp of the unit, ID number and personal signature; then send this receipt to the original work unit in another place.
2. The personal file information is in the original work unit in other places. When the original unit receives the local "File Acceptance Certificate", it will send the personal file information and the transfer certificate to the local reception unit. The work unit is the talent market, and the household registration must be local; the file mailing is encrypted and takes 20 days.
3. After the personal file is sent back from other places, you will receive the detailed information of the personal file and the transfer certificate. There will also be a column for the receipt of receipt; this receipt must be stamped by the new unit. Sign, write the date, and then mail it to the original work unit; after the acknowledgment is received by the original unit, the entire file transfer process is completed.
Note:
1. When you graduate, if you have signed a contract with your work unit, you can take the acceptance letter issued by your work unit to the school to collect it by yourself. The work unit will wait for you.
2. When you graduate, if you have signed a contract with your employer, you can ask the school to mail it directly to your employer.
3. When you graduate, if you have not yet signed a contract or your work unit is not qualified to receive files, you can go to the school with an acceptance letter from the Personnel Bureau of the city where your registered permanent residence is located or the city you are willing to accept.
4. If personnel files are kept in the hands of individuals or in units without file management rights, they should first go to the talent service agency affiliated to the local government’s personnel department to complete the relevant procedures with the employment registration certificate, complete the file materials, and then Transfer files to the talent market, and promptly handle relevant certificates for personnel agency and file custody.
Evolution of archive carriers
Archives are one of the most important carriers of human history. Through their own records, they reveal the truth of history to future generations, and the archives themselves are constantly changing. .
Oracle bone archives: The oracle bone archives are the oldest among the existing historical archives in my country, with more than 150,000 pieces unearthed. The earliest archival written materials left to us by the Shang Dynasty are this kind of oracle bone archives, which are also the earliest existing systematic official documents in our country. The special materials, age and quantity of this kind of archives are unique in the world.
Bronze inscription archives: Bronze inscription archives are another precious historical archive after oracle bone archives. The inscriptions and cast characters on bronze vessels had already appeared in the Shang Dynasty. By the Western Zhou Dynasty, China's bronze vessels entered their peak period. At this time, the number of inscriptions on bronze vessels increased, and the records were extensive, taking on the nature of written history. Ancient ancestors collectively called metal "gold", and the words engraved on bronze vessels were called "bronze inscriptions" or "inscriptions." The bronze inscriptions with the characteristics of historical records were called "bronze inscription archives." Judging from the scope of the unearthed bronze inscription archives, they are more extensive and detailed than the oracle bone archives, and are of extremely important historical value for studying the history of that time.
Silk silk archives: China is the hometown of silk, and silk silk archives naturally have a place. With the development of the silk weaving industry, silk fabrics began to be used as writing materials during the Warring States Period, and more were used during the Qin and Han Dynasties. Silk has many advantages as a writing material. It can be cut at will, its texture is tough and soft, and it is easy to carry and store. Therefore, it is often used for drawing maps or copying classics. Due to its high price, it could not be widely used. In the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, with the widespread use of paper, the use of silk decreased sharply. However, some important documents of the feudal dynasty were still written on silk fabrics. Until the Qing Dynasty, damask brocade was still used in documents such as edicts and pardons issued by the imperial court to civil and military officials.
Slip archives: Slip archives refer to written materials formed in ancient China using bamboo and wood as carriers. "Jian" refers to a long and narrow piece of bamboo or wood; "牍" refers to a square piece of wood, mainly used for general official documents. "Ce" refers to a number of compendiums connected together, used for major national political affairs and writing classics. Judging from the existing historical books, since before the emergence of paper, bamboo and wood chips were mostly used as writing materials, documents and archives are often called "books", "dian", "zhong", "jianchu", "jianshi", "classic books" "wait.
Stone carving archives: The traditional custom of erecting monuments and passing down monuments makes the remains of ancient Chinese stone carving archives colorful and vast. As early as the pre-Qin period, stone began to be used as a record material. By the Qin Dynasty, stone carvings not only expanded in shape, but also increased in number and extensive content. At this time, the stone carvings completely possess the nature of archives. Since the rise of stone carving archives in the Qin Dynasty, stone carvings have been regarded as the best handed down materials for issuing policies and recording national affairs in all dynasties. This is because the materials for carving stone are easy to obtain, can be handed down for a long time, and are easy to preserve. This makes up for the shortcomings of bronze wares that need to be cast, are easy to corrode, and have limited characters.
Unlike oracle bones, bronze inscriptions, and bamboo slip archives, these three have gradually passed away due to the progress of the times. Only stone-engraved archives still have their vitality to this day.
Paper archives: my country’s archival carriers have undergone major changes since paper archives, replacing slippers and becoming the country’s official writing materials, which are still in use today.
After entering industrial society, audio and video files began to appear, such as photos, films, records, audio tapes, and video tapes. After the mid-20th century, archival carriers underwent revolutionary changes, producing electronic files that were recorded in the form of codes on carriers such as magnetic tapes, magnetic disks, and optical disks, relied on computer systems for access, and could be transmitted on communication networks. These have the ability to preserve The archived electronic files of value and corresponding supporting software, parameters and other related data are called electronic archives. The emergence of electronic archives is the most drastic change in the archives field. It directly affects the operation methods, basic theories and even thinking concepts of archives work.
