If unit C has been implemented, it shall issue an employment agreement signed with the employing unit and approved by the superior employing department, or a written acceptance opinion issued by the employing unit and approved by the superior employing department.
3. Graduates of the implemented units can apply to the Admissions and Employment Office for renewal of the new employment agreement with the original employment agreement (in triplicate) and the certificate of dissolution of the agreement (each graduate is only allowed to change 1 time), and the students themselves will be reassigned to the Provincial Department of Education to issue new employment registration cards.
(6) What should I do if all kinds of documents are lost?
Lost graduation certificate: this certificate will not be replaced if it is lost, and the school will issue a certificate.
Lost degree certificate: if this certificate is lost, it will not be replaced, and the school will issue a certificate.
Lost household registration certificate: report the loss to the issuing household registration center for replacement.
Lost employment agreement: the newspaper declared it invalid and took the written materials approved by the newspaper and the department to the Admissions and Employment Office to reissue it. (refers to the employment agreement signed).
If graduates lose their employment agreement, please declare it invalid in the nearest newspaper, and the attached report will be signed by the teacher in charge of college students' employment, and will be reissued after examination and approval by the Admissions and Employment Office. The reissued employment agreement indicates that "the original has been lost, and this one is reissued for loss" to show that it is different from the formal employment agreement.
Graduates who falsely report the loss of employment agreement shall be given corresponding school rules and regulations according to the seriousness of the case.
Protocol difference
College students often sign three agreements before and after graduation: internship agreement, employment agreement and labor contract, but many students and employers can't distinguish the characteristics and functions of the three agreements.
Internship agreement refers to the agreement that students in school conduct practical study by participating in the practical work of internship units, and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties;
Employment agreement refers to the agreement signed by students with schools and employers before graduation, with the purpose of binding students to establish labor relations with employers after graduation;
