In the process of downloading the contents of the certificate, you will be prompted to set the password of the certificate. The certificate password is 6 ~ 8 digits. It is recommended that you set the password of the certificate as a combination of numbers and letters. If you forget the certificate password, please bring your valid ID, personal online banking registration card and U shield to the designated outlet in the account opening area to reset the certificate password. Please contact local 95588 for information about outlets. If you accidentally lose your customer certificate, in order to ensure the security of your online banking account, please immediately apply for freezing the certificate at the local ICBC outlet that accepts the certificate business. After confirming that the certificate medium is really lost, you can apply for a replacement certificate. After the application takes effect, you can download the certificate with the new voucher number from personal online banking, or ask the bank teller to handle it for you, and the reissued certificate will take effect in real time. Certificate loss reporting fee: 10 yuan. When you add a customer certificate to your personal online bank, you will be prompted to insert the certificate for signature transaction when you do business such as transfer and payment online. With the U-Shield certificate, you can transfer and remit money at will and enjoy online financial services. In addition, there is no minimum transfer amount for online banking. As long as they are ICBC's personal online banking customers, they can apply for U shield by bringing their valid certificates and peony cards used when registering online banking to ICBC outlets. There are three steps in using U shield: Step 1: Install the driver. If it is the first time for you to use personal online banking on your computer, please refer to the Personal Online Banking System Setup Guide of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to adjust your computer settings, and then install the U shield driver. Drivers of different brands of U Shield can only be used in this brand. If you want to install by CD, please run the U Shield CD and select "System Upgrade" on the main installation page. The system will automatically detect and prompt you to install the patch. After installing the patch, please select "Driver Installation" to install the U shield driver. Step 2: After downloading the certificate information and applying for the U shield, you can entrust the teller of ICBC outlets to assist you in downloading the personal certificate information into the U shield, or you can log in to ICBC's personal online bank and enter "Customer Service-Self-download Personal Customer Certificate" to complete the certificate information download. Please make sure that the U shield is connected to the USB interface of the computer before downloading. If download is unsuccessful, please go to the counter. Step 3: Be willing to use U shield. If you need to handle external payment services such as transfer, remittance and payment after logging in to personal online banking, you only need to insert the U shield into the USB interface of the computer according to the system prompt, enter the U shield password and verify it by the banking system, and then you can complete the payment service.
