1. Open outlook for mac.
2. Open the system settings of outlook, as shown in the following figure:
3. The following interface appears.
4. Select the signature, and the following interface will appear. (Click the plus sign in the lower left corner to add a new item. I have already added two items.)
5. Select an item on the left, and then enter the signature content on the right. You can also set colors, font sizes, and hyperlinks, as follows:
6. Then select the default signature in the lower right corner to open the interface:
7. Select the signature item you designed on the right. Here I choose the newly created: email signature, and click OK.
After setting, you can now automatically get signature information when sending or replying to e-mail.
