Looking back, I finally got through the 20th interview. Speaking of which, I am very lucky. I have been preparing for the structured interview in Shenzhen in 2017. In February 2018, I decided to take the exam at an exam center outside the city, and I was able to take the exam in the third time. There were really many girls who helped me along the way and gave me a lot of guidance. So after getting excited, I wrote this recruitment summary as soon as possible. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
Recruiting 5 female primary school Chinese teachers, 120 people applied for the exam
The written test is a Chinese language topic for the college entrance examination, but because I was traveling on February 25, I did not prepare carefully for the test, and my score was not high. Just a few points away from entering the interview.
Recruiting 3 female Chinese teachers in primary schools
Process: leaderless discussion - qualification review - interview (20 minutes for lesson preparation, 20 minutes for class) - written test
This This is the longest exam I have ever taken and the most complicated process.
On the first day of qualification verification in Chongqing, I was notified that I would be required to interview tomorrow. But no one was told what the format was, so in the last 10 minutes of entering the candidate room, I was still looking at the structured interview questions. It turned out to be a leaderless discussion that I had only experienced once, and I was completely confused. I was shivering outside the examination room, and the girl behind me kept asking me, "Classmate, are you okay? What's wrong with you?"
This procedure is really very cumbersome and helpless. I can only remind all candidates to bring their household registration books with them at all times, otherwise they will be really confused when they take the exam that requires checking their household registration books
My score in the entire trial session was 74 points, which was at 15 The fourth place on the test list is 7 points away from the third place candidate. The topic I got during the trial lecture was "Send Meng Haoran to Guangling from the Yellow Crane Tower". It's really good luck, because the title of Nansha is unusual and there is no normal narrative, so everyone talks about poetry with a confused look on their face.
During the process, I always kept in mind the choice of "knowing the author, interpreting the title of the poem, entering the poetic realm, and integrating the poetic sentiment". In the teaching of this poem, let the students draw the beautiful scenery in the poem with me, and then use the "imagination and perception method" to think about the picture while reading the article, and experience the reluctance to say goodbye. In the middle, he also used popular language to emphasize the ancient and modern meanings of "fireworks", and then let students connect with reality and understand the sadness of ancient people who may never meet again, deepening students' understanding.
During the trial lecture, the examiner was frantically clicking on my iPad to add points at first. But I suddenly fell down in the end. I was so scared that I forgot the key point of the teaching - the comparative teaching of "Giving Meng Haoran to Guangling from the Yellow Crane Tower" and "Giving to Wang Lun".
The moment I got the results, I collapsed. ?Ah, 90 points are satisfactory and 80 points are qualified. I fucking failed but because I can't book a high-speed rail ticket, I can only stay for one more day. At 9 o'clock that night, while staying in the hotel, I found the girl who was taking the exam together. After everyone shared the situation, I discovered that the examiners’ scores were all extremely low, which was unbelievable. I even discovered the tricks of the exam.
At 10:30 in the evening, the staff called me to inform me to take the written test. I was so angry and resentful that I only slept for 3 hours that night, from 22 o'clock to 3 o'clock, from 6 o'clock to 8:30.
Written test: To be honest, the written test is not difficult, and the questions are all common exam questions, but the content is detailed, and there are also more unusual questions. Probably:
1. Case analysis: types of teacher-student relationships, and compare laissez-faire management style and authoritarian management style. and corresponding measures
2. Essay questions:
(1) Carefully elaborate on learning strategies and improve learning efficiency
(2) Characteristics and applications of on-site teaching Rules
(3) Reasons and suggestions for teacher burnout
(4) How to organize group cooperative learning
Actually, I was very lucky because it was my first time to take the written test. So I don’t know the focus of review. Then the Wenbo girl told me a few Panyu exam questions, plus I read the Nankai edition of "Education" and "Psychology" three times in 2017, so I was still very lucky.
Just because the interview score is 70% and the written test is 30%, you have to open up a gap of at least 13 points before you can get admitted. So on the fourth day when I was frantically checking my official account, I came to Changsha for an interview in Zhuhai.
Recruiting 5 female primary school Chinese teachers, 120 candidates
Actually, I don’t know much about the High-tech Zone. I just heard that the salary here is high, the treatment is good, it is in the city center, and there is no pressure for further education. . After seeing the salary slips in Jinwan District, I plucked up the courage to come to Changsha for the third time.
Written test:
Overall, the process was really a blessing. Because Zhuhai’s written examinations are of various types, including subject knowledge (college entrance exam Chinese questions) and the Pope, the proportion of examinations changes every year. I couldn't find any relevant test questions at all, so I was still studying the Pope question before coming to Changsha. ? I crazily memorized the subjective questions, but I encountered the comprehensive essay question of the college entrance examination once every ten years. (The liberal arts questions in this exam are all college entrance examination questions on politics, history, and geography, while the science subjects are all advanced mathematics, chemistry, and physics)
In this weird exam, no one reviewed , so I was relatively lucky to get a score of 79.
I happened to be ranked 9th out of 120 people and successfully entered the interview. (The first place scored 82 points, a gap of 3 points. This is the smallest difference I have ever seen)
Interview: (No. 7 in the lottery, 15 people per ***)
Notice It is said to be "30 minutes of preparation, 15 minutes of interview, including 1-2 minutes of lecture, 10-12 minutes of trial lecture, and 1-2 minutes of defense", but in fact there is no 30 minutes of preparation time.
On the day before the exam, I found the only two-minute mathematics lecture script from the Internet, so I rushed to make a template for the lecture script late at night, and finally used it in the exam.
Trial topic "Yan Zi Envoys to Chu" - People's Education Press Edition for Sixth Graders
It's amazing, I have never prepared a sixth grade textbook. Since everything was prepared in February, I focused my energy on the five types of "narrative writing, lyrical writing about scenes, poetry, fables, myths, and fairy tales." Each type only studied 2 texts and research routines.
Then I went to prepare lessons with a confused look on my face. It seems that the examiner took a break in the middle, so during my trial lecture, in order to save time and not affect the subsequent progress, the examiner gave me 15 minutes to prepare for the lesson (everyone else had 20 minutes)
Course Design Halfway through, I rushed to the shelves and went to the interview. The lecture content has not been prepared yet, so the template can only be applied on the spot. Moreover, during the lecture process, I focused on the design of the teaching process, which also gave me extra points in the end.
Trial teaching process:
Introduction: By asking students to imagine "if you are a
diplomat, when visiting a neighboring country, the people of Linguo ask you to crawl on the dog "Dong, what should you do?" Then the students are asked to identify themselves as diplomats, allowing students to think and raise their own questions based on the topic to stimulate problem awareness.
Then comes the word teaching, which takes up a lot of time, reading aloud in a variety of ways, and the book is empty. Then ask students to summarize the story of this lesson.
When I was talking about "Please discuss with your deskmate your most impressive sentences and favorite stories," the examiner stopped me.
We have just reached the essence, and it is already over... So the speaking class really saved my interview process. Talking is a technical job
Answer:
< p>The question is "If you are a class teacher, how do you allow students to manage themselves?" I wanted to follow a structured interview on this topic, but the examiner kept looking at me, so I could only think about it for 10 seconds and then end the topic. Thanks to the structured interviews in Shenzhen. During the defense, the examiner took notes like crazy and kept nodding, which gave me great courage.
Waiting points:
After everyone finished the exam, we waited for another hour to get the results and find out on the spot whether we could sign the contract. During the process, it was also discovered that among the 15 interviewees, at least 4 were local Zhuhai students, 2 were graduate students from Beijing Language and Culture University, and 2 were undergraduates from China Normal University. There are also many students from Zhanjiang Normal University (I am really scared, these students are usually very good at the test lectures, and they are beaten by 985, 211?)
? Waiting for the test results with fear , the results were finally determined. I ranked 9th in the written test, 2nd in the interview, and 2nd in overall score, and was admitted to Zhuhai
? This is my lucky and difficult experience of taking the exam outside the city. When I first participated in recruitment, I also had a chance, but unfortunately my nervousness affected me, and in the end I lost the recruitment opportunity by one point. After that, I tried my best to seize the few opportunities, but still failed. Now we are lucky enough to develop in Zhuhai.
