What are the inspection systems for internal electricians?
Internal electrician inspection system: the personnel on duty in the substation (distribution room) and the off-duty personnel approved by the leaders are allowed to inspect the electrical equipment independently. When patrolling, only outside the fence is allowed, and no operation is allowed on the equipment. When high-voltage equipment is found to be grounded, it is forbidden to be close to the fault point within 4m indoors and 8m outdoors. When entering the above range, the personnel who contact the equipment shell and frame must wear insulating shoes and gloves. Insulating boots should be worn when patrolling outdoor high-voltage equipment in thunderstorm weather, and it is not allowed to be near lightning arresters and lightning rods. Switching operation of equipment in transformer room (transformer room) must be approved by the person in charge of electricity consumption or the person in charge on duty in transformer room (transformer room). Fill in the operation ticket, and fill in the sender's name at the signature of the "guardian". Only after it is correct and recorded correctly can work be started. If there is a scheduling agreement, it shall be implemented in accordance with the scheduling agreement. When operating on the line allocated by the substation (distribution room), a working ticket should be handled, and it is strictly forbidden to make an appointment to stop sending electricity. The power-off switch must be operated in the order of switch, load side breaker and power side breaker, and the closing order is opposite when sending power. It is forbidden to switch the knife with load. The following items should be filled in the operation ticket: switch and knife should be closed, check the actual position of switch and knife, check whether the grounding wire is assembled or disassembled, check the load distribution, install or dismantle the fuse of the voltage transformer circuit of the control circuit, switch the protection circuit and check whether there is voltage. Operators and supervisors should check the filled operation items according to the simulation panel or wiring diagram, and sign them by the person in charge on duty. Check the name, number and location of the equipment before operation, and seriously implement the monitoring and retelling system during operation. The operations must be carried out in the order of operation. After each operation, it should be marked with "V" and rechecked after all operations are completed.
