Zhang (1915-1968) was born in Beijing and Fujian. His great-grandfather, Zhang Deyi, was an envoy sent to Europe by the Qing government, and he was the only one from China who witnessed the whole process of the Paris Commune revolution. Zhang loved painting since childhood, and his parents invited Jincheng to guide him at home. 65438-0934 was admitted to the Fine Arts Department of Fu Jen Catholic University and studied under Wang Shensheng. After studying flower-and-bird painting at home, he worked hard in Liang Lin and Lv Ji, and also learned the painting methods of Ma Yuan and Xia Guishi. He kept flowers and birds at home and devoted himself to sketching. In the 1940s, he was as famous as Tian Shiguang. 1955 cooperated with more than a dozen painters such as Qi Baishi and Chen Banding to present a huge flower-and-bird painting Ode to Peace to the Helsinki World Peace Conference. From 65438 to 0956, he was transferred to the Fine Arts Department of Hebei Normal University in Tianjin as a lecturer, teaching flowers and birds. Member of China Artists Association. He was persecuted to death during the Cultural Revolution. He is one of the outstanding flower and bird painters in China in the 20th century. He is good at drawing all kinds of birds, animals and apes, and works and writes, which is unique. His works include Nine-year-old Sunrise Picture, Magnolia Ribbon (selected for the Second National Art Exhibition, collected in China Art Museum), Pond Rain and Dew (displayed in the Great Hall of the People) and Snow Crane Banana (collected in Tianjin Art Museum). He has published How I Draw Feathers, Zhang Hua Ji, Zhang Hua Ji and so on.
