(1) Planned working hours: determined and issued by the production technology department according to the actual needs such as the severity of work tasks, the complexity of work and the number of personnel. (2) Time of receiving the working ticket: the person in charge of the work shall abide by the provisions of the safety regulations and send the working ticket to the work place one day in advance, and the person in charge on duty shall review the contents filled in the working ticket according to the on-site regulations. If there is something wrong with the contents of the working ticket, the person in charge on duty should point out that, in consultation with the person in charge of the work, they will modify the contents and fill them in again. (3) Permitted start time: After the safety measures are fully completed, the holder of the site work permit shall check the safety measures taken at the site with the person in charge of the work and keep them consistent. After both parties agree that there is no problem, the work permit holder shall fill in the allowed start time according to the actual time of the work site, and both parties shall sign separately to indicate that the work has been allowed and the work should be approved. To work on the dispatching equipment, the dispatcher's permission should be obtained first, and the on-site permission formalities should be handled after the dispatcher's permission.

(4) Time for changing the person in charge of the work: When the person in charge of the work needs to leave the work site due to special circumstances, a new person in charge of the work needs to be replaced, and its competence should be measured, mastered and agreed by the working ticket issuer. The persons in charge of the two positions should make necessary handover, and the time of changing the column should be filled in according to the handover time of two people on site, and filled in by the work permit. The correctness of the change shall be signed by the working ticket issuer.

(5) Work permit extension time: When the work task can't be completed as scheduled due to power failure, the person in charge of the work shall apply to the work permit for extension of working time (how long and how long) two hours in advance. For the equipment under the jurisdiction of dispatching, the licensor shall apply to the dispatcher on duty for an extension of time (the extension of maintenance time for large-scale main equipment shall be applied more than one day in advance), and after approval, it shall be recorded in the operation record book. If the work is not completed at the scheduled time, the extension formalities shall be handled according to the actual time on site, and shall be signed by the person in charge of the work and the work permit.
