How to realize electronic signature?
Electronic signing, also known as digital signing, refers to the setting and comparison of users' signatures and seals through Internet technology, which can relieve users' restrictions on space and time under the premise of ensuring safety, and can complete the contract signing anytime and anywhere without consuming a lot of manpower and material resources.

Different from paper signing, electronic signing is to complete the signing process online, so as to achieve the purpose of signing anytime and anywhere. In other words, the tools to realize electronic signing are the Internet, computers/mobile phones/tablets and third-party electronic signing platforms, all of which are indispensable.

After the signer's real-name authentication, he applies to a third-party CA institution for issuing a CA certificate. After hashing the original content, the signer uses the private key to sign the digital signature, supplemented by the third-party trusted timestamp, thus forming a reliable electronic contract.

Therefore, electronic signature technology mainly includes: digital certificate security authentication, digital signature, time stamp and other technologies.

At the same time, according to the provisions of Articles 5 to 8 of the Electronic Signature Law, electronic contracts that lock the true identity of the signer, effectively prevent document tampering and accurately record the signing time are legally recognized.
