4. The two parties have no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations (self-prompt).

2. Documents submitted for marriage registration

1. My permanent residence booklet and resident ID card.

2. I have no spouse.

3. The parties concerned shall submit 3 recent 2-inch half-length color photos without hats (can be taken on the spot).

3. Marriage registration procedures

1. Both men and women who are registering for marriage are required to bring the required documents to the district or county-level civil affairs bureau (or Apply to the marriage registration authority of the Town People's Government).

2. Both parties shall apply in person to the marriage registration authority and each fill in a "Declaration for Application for Marriage Registration".

3. Both parties must sign or fingerprint the "Declarant" column in the "Declaration for Marriage Registration" in person in front of the marriage registrar.

4. The marriage registration authority will review the certificates and statements submitted by both parties, and if the marriage registration conditions are met, registration will be granted.
