1. First, log in to the Changyi Sanding Safety Education and Training Center platform and click "Course Center" in the navigation to enter.

2. Secondly, according to the teacher's requirements, click on the corresponding course to study; each course will display the status of whether it has been studied. If the status is not studied, click the "Study Now" button.

3. Finally, enter the course you need to study. After completing the study, click the "Signature" button in the upper right corner to complete the study hours.
