First of all, you should have the level of 13. It is the level displayed in the upper left corner of the game after entering the game.
(You usually type 13 or so, and your basic score depends on this. For example, if you play better, it may be located at around 4000 to 5000. )
After the level of 13, there will be a qualifying round of 10, and after 10, your personal ladder points will come out. So is the team.
The way to view it is to click on the personal portrait and enter the personal homepage. Click edit: Two drop-down boxes will appear next to the Edit button. You can choose to display some personal information, such as team scores, personal ladder scores, competition times and so on. You can see it there.
