There used to be tasks available, but after the gobbledygook version was updated, the tasks were gone. The only use now is to put the pet elixir. That thing is level 35, and its growth limit is only 1. You don't have to worry about the waste of medicine caused by pet upgrade (it can't be upgraded at all) and it is not easy to adopt the answer in the middle of the night.
