How does outlook set the business card signature?
Steps to set business card signature in outlook (taking outlook 2007 as an example):

1. Open outlook and click Tools menu-Options;

2. Select the Mail Format tab, and then click Signature;

3. Click the "New" button;

4. Enter your signature, and then click OK;

5. Then click the business card in the edit signature box;

6. Select your own business card, and then click OK;

7. Return to the Signature and Stationery window and click OK.
