Fada Electronic Contract adopts the facial recognition method, which requires the user to record a video and upload it according to the system prompts. This method is only used to verify the authenticity of the user's identity and is not used for other purposes. It will not be leaked to anyone, please rest assured. At the same time, real-name authentication before signing an electronic contract is a prerequisite to ensure that the electronic contract is legally effective. According to the relevant legal provisions of the "Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China", electronic contracts that lock the true identity of the contracting party, effectively prevent document tampering, and accurately record the signing time are recognized by law. Among them, "locking the true identity of the contracting subject" refers to real-name authentication, and recording video (i.e. face-scanning authentication) is only one type of real-name authentication method. Currently, the known real-name authentication methods on the market include bank three-factor and four-factor authentication, fingerprint authentication, face-swiping authentication, etc. Face-swiping authentication is currently a more convenient, faster, and more accurate authentication method.
