(4) If the withdrawal application fails to be approved or the transfer fails, you can handle the business of "change of withdrawal application information" at any bank outlet with relevant information according to the approval opinions or the reasons for the transfer failure. (7) If the online application is not approved, the employee will report the withdrawal application to the bank outlet within 20 days, and the withdrawal application returned by the employee in the online service hall (personal edition) will automatically become invalid, and the application record can no longer be operated.
