Article 7 The investigation of safety accidents and work liability accidents shall be carried out in accordance with the company's relevant accident identification and investigation methods.
Chapter 3 Responsibility Assumption
Article 8 If the person in charge neglects his duties, commits fraud, conceals facts, causes mistakes by the reviewer or approver, and causes losses, the person in charge shall be held accountable.
Article 9 If the reviewer or approver should have discovered but failed to discover the problem, or should have corrected the problem but failed to correct it, the reviewer and approver shall be held accountable, and the person in charge shall also be held accountable.
Article 10: Leaders will be held accountable for wrong decisions made without responsibility, intentionally or under instructions.
Article 11 Anyone who falls under any of the following circumstances may be given a lighter sentence, mitigated or exempted from prosecution:

Article 12 Anyone who has one of the following circumstances shall be severely punished or aggravated;

Article 13 Categories

The above administrative penalties may be accompanied by financial penalties. If the economic loss is more than RMB 10,000, the main person responsible shall bear 30%-80% of the total loss depending on the circumstances and attitude, and bear legal responsibility. Article 14 Violations of national laws shall be handed over to judicial organs for handling.
