Contract Lock is a safe and compliant electronic contract signing platform, which can complete contract signing online, provide electronic contract signing, contract management, data storage, anti-counterfeiting printing and other functions, and has the same legal effect.
Signature steps:
1. First log in to the contract locking platform and click the Initiate Contract button.
2. Enter the contract entity, select business processes, including dealer contract, personnel contract process, business contract and other types, enter other unset information according to the configuration of business processes, upload the contract template, finally fill in the initiator and receiver, and click Next after completion.
3. On the page of editing file content, enter the contract content and click Save to fill in the document (if the selected template has no parameters, it will be skipped).
4. Jump to the contract signing page, specify the signing position, drag the seal/signature on the left to the position where it needs to be stamped/signed in the document, and then click OK to initiate the contract (the contract can be initiated without adding the signing position, but the receiver cannot jump to the signing position with one click).
5. After the basic information is filled in and confirmed, click OK to start signing. The contract will enter the signing stage and be sent to the designated signer according to the signer and signing requirements you configured. You can check the basic information of the contract and the signing status of the contractor on the signing details page.
