First, the simplest and most practical: embed the signature in the word document in the form of "illustration".
1.
Sign your name on a piece of white paper;
2.
Take photos or scan the above signatures into digital pictures;
3.
Use special software such as PS to process the signature picture into a JPG format picture without background color. If the quality of photo scanning is high, you can also skip this link;
4.
Insert the signed picture into the proper position of the word document, set its format, and then use the picture adjustment function of word to adjust the background, contrast and brightness until you are satisfied.
You can set the picture background to be transparent:
(1) Click the picture in which you want to create a transparent area.
(2)
Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjustment group, click Recolor.
(3)
Click Set Transparent Color, and then click the color you want to make transparent in the picture or image.
Second, use the word-making program to make your own signature, and use it directly when necessary.
1.
Click Start → Programs → Attachments → Word Maker (If you can't find Word Maker, you can add WordMaker through Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs → Windows Installer → Attachments);
2.
Open the word-making program, click the small box above in the code selection window, remember the selected area code, and press OK.
3.
Next, use the "pencil" or "brush" tool in the toolbar in the pop-up "Edit" area to design your own satisfactory signature. It's easier to use a digital board!
4.
When you are finished, save your signature.
5.
When using a signature, use the location input method to enter the code you started choosing. In this way, you can directly enter the designed "handwritten" signature. It can change size and color, just like other words you type in word processing software. If the name consists of more than one word, consider using several new characters as the signature.
