1) The name and address of the sender and receiver + tracking barcode + customs declaration form need to be affixed on the package;

2) The name and address of the recipient must be completed in English; < /p>

3) The contents, quantity, weight and value of the air parcel declaration form must be filled in by the customer;

4) The sender’s signature on the China Post parcel declaration form is requested by the customer. Sign your Chinese name;

5) The packaging must be intact and not easily damaged. Except for the address label, try not to carry any irrelevant marks on the outside of the packaging bag. For fragile items, it is best to have a fragile symbol on the outer packaging and an address label in the middle of the front of the package.
