Measures for the administration of veterinary practitioners

Thirty-second in violation of the provisions of these measures, a practicing veterinarian in any of the following circumstances shall be punished by the supervising agency for animal health in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 82 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Animal Epidemic Prevention; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be reported to the original registration authority to withdraw or cancel the practicing certificate of veterinarian or assistant veterinarian:

Thirty-fourth veterinary practitioners in any of the following circumstances, the original registration authority shall withdraw and cancel their veterinary or assistant veterinary practice certificate:

(4) Forging diagnosis results and issuing false certificates.
