The power-on password of the tablet computer includes the screen lock password and the encryption device password. If you forget the password of the encryption device, please send the tablet directly to the Samsung after-sales service center for testing and processing. If you forget the screen lock password, it is recommended to enter the wrong signature five times in a row. The screen will prompt "Enter PIN code as an alternative signature", enter the previously set PIN code, and click OK.
