Can I modify the signature of the e-Cert?
Cannot be modified.

It depends on where your e-cert was issued. Generally, it is necessary to apply to the issuing unit (human resources and social security bureau or jury) for information modification. In principle, do not modify any information on the property right certificate.

Requirements for the use of buildings

(1) The first-level construction engineer shall properly keep his account number on the national government service platform (hereinafter referred to as "government service platform"), and I shall bear all the consequences of account information disclosure due to improper keeping.

(2) A first-class construction engineer can log on to the government platform to enter "My License" to view and download the electronic certificate. When browsing and downloading e-Cert, I should confirm the use time limit of the certificate. The validity period of e-cert is 180 days, but the validity period of registered majors is less than 180 days.

The expiry date of the service period shall be the expiry date of the registered major or the date of reaching the age of 65. The e-cert that exceeds the service time limit is invalid. You need to download the e-cert again and reconfirm the service time limit.

(3) After printing the electronic certificate, the first-class constructor should write his own signature at the personal signature. If the signature is not handwritten or inconsistent with the handwriting of the signed image, the electronic certificate is invalid.
