In the first week, students are unfamiliar with the department environment and work order, so we should give them a process of getting familiar with the department environment, personnel and adapting to the work order. On the first day, I will give students a detailed introduction to the environment of the department, including the treatment room, office, chemotherapy room, bathroom, boiling water room, dressing room, the order of bed numbers in the ward, teachers in the department, working hours in each shift, main job responsibilities and so on. And assign nursing students to each teaching teacher. Because of the cohesion of clinical work, students need to adapt to the department work as soon as possible to ensure the smooth progress of nursing work in the department. For example, the input of chemotherapy drugs, in the first three days of freshmen entering the department, we will label each bottle of chemotherapy drugs as chemotherapy drugs, drip rate, input order and so on. So that students can master it better. When they are familiar with the environment and basic work of the department, they should check their mastery of basic theories and skills, such as the measurement of vital signs and recording points, so as to check and fill the gap in the teaching work of the previous department. Then I taught the basic operation of this round formulated by the nursing department. By the end of the first week, the general tutor has been able to accurately call out each student's name, establish a certain emotional foundation, and understand each student's learning attitude.

On the basis of the first week, we will focus on teaching various methods of administration, including subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous and central venous administration, three-step therapy for cancer pain, the application of commonly used chemotherapy drugs, and the theory and operation points of other basic and specialized administration methods. At the same time, centralized teaching will be conducted, and a symposium for nursing students will be held after class to collect students' opinions and suggestions on the teaching work of the undergraduate course, and the reasonable opinions will be fed back in writing. The content of the lecture is the same as that taught in the previous two weeks. Combined with the actual work in the ward, the teaching of operation techniques such as cleaning enema and oxygen inhalation was carried out. Before each operation, students should be asked about the key points and precautions of the operation, and then the relevant theoretical knowledge should be guided, and then the actual operation should be carried out, which has the dual effects of consolidating the theory and strengthening the operation skills.

Through the teaching in the first two weeks, nursing students have become quite familiar with the work of the department. In the third week, they concentrated on professional teaching. Questions, operations and lectures all reflect the specialized theory and skills of tumor chemotherapy, and arrange specialized disease nursing lectures to teach each nursing student to write nursing medical records by hand, so that students can be familiar with the methods and points of disease observation, medical history collection and nursing evaluation, and ask about relevant knowledge. On the basis of writing nursing medical records, arrange specialist nursing rounds to give students sufficient preparation time and timely supervise and guide. Through nursing rounds, students can be familiar with the methods of nursing evaluation and master the nursing routine of diseases, nursing problems of patients, related factors and nursing measures. The rounds are scheduled for the fourth week.

By the fourth week, the students' work achievements were recognized by teachers and patients. On the basis of the first three weeks of teaching, we entered the examination stage of basic operation and specialized operation, and conducted specialized operation examination, basic operation examination and theoretical paper examination respectively. The content of the test paper covers basic theory and professional theory. Each exam requires more than 90 points, and the make-up exam is less than 90 points. Examination can strengthen the study of nursing students' theoretical and operational skills.

Experience of dual-band teaching

As a teaching teacher, to set an example, we must first set an example. Only by relying on our own correct operation methods can we teach interns well. During the practice operation, the instructor should strictly let go. Emphasize the accuracy and standardization of nursing students' operation and give timely guidance to help nursing students improve their operation ability quickly.

Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. Although we have made a unified teaching plan, it may not be suitable for every student. Nursing students with different academic qualifications, different acceptance levels and different understanding levels should be taught in accordance with their aptitude. The teaching teacher should give targeted guidance to each nursing student in the group. For example, some students with good theoretical foundation can let her drive nursing students with poor theoretical foundation to master the theory. For students with poor psychological quality, students with strong operational ability can drive them to study more, strengthen her practical ability and improve their psychological quality. For nursing students with poor labor records, the group leader and other students with good self-awareness can drive her to get rid of bad habits, while for some students who are not prepared to engage in nursing work and cope with internship, their professional knowledge can be reduced appropriately, but she is required not to affect the learning enthusiasm of other students and must strictly abide by labor discipline.

As teachers, we should always work hard and teach with emotion. In addition to work guidance, we should also care about understanding the life of nursing students. Give them some advice and help when necessary, so that they can practice with peace of mind. We should not only respect them, but also point out their language and behavior deficiencies in time, such as communication skills with patients, teachers and classmates, and so on. We should do timely education and situational education. Many nursing students are willing to accept the rational guidance of teachers, get rid of some inappropriate words and deeds and improve their own quality. Teachers feel a sense of accomplishment when they see their students making continuous progress. Work with classmates every day, get together for a few weeks, and get together. Our teachers always regard our classmates as lifelong friends or their beloved children. Teachers should be their spokesmen, help them in their studies and care about their growth as much as possible. I make slides of all the lecture contents, examination contents, operation contents and other teaching-related theories, save them on my own USB flash drive and copy them on the computer desktop of the department to facilitate clinical teaching. All teaching teachers in the department can turn on the slide to give lectures, exams, operation training and so on. , very convenient. It can be said that it is taken from students and used by students. I am very grateful to every nursing student I have taught. The completion of teaching requires the joint efforts of every teacher in the department, the strong support of the head nurse in the department and the strict practical teaching system formulated by the nursing department.
