Hello, the icon on the sender's right is actually closely related to your QQ avatar. You need to press the nickname or avatar to enter, click the avatar in your profile to enter, select the avatar provided by Tencent or upload your own customized avatar.

The sender's name is actually related to your email nickname. You can change the default account nickname in the Account tab by clicking Settings in the upper left corner of the QQ email page window.

If you have multiple accounts, you can find the following account management, click the settings on the right side of the email account that needs to change the nickname, select the account to use its nickname and signature, and then customize the email nickname.
