Without compensation, the labor contract is terminated by agreement. If there is no effective handover at the time of resignation, the responsibility shall be borne by the current warehouse administrator or person in charge, and the employee shall not be required to bear the responsibility and compensation. The employee shall sign an agreement to terminate the labor contract at the time of resignation. The labor contract termination agreement shall specify in detail the behaviors that the resigned employee needs to do, such as handing over property and counting inventory.
