Summary refers to analyzing and studying the experience or situation in a certain stage of work, study or thinking, and making written materials with regular conclusions. It can help us straighten out the knowledge structure and highlight The key point is to break through the difficult points. Why not calm down and write a summary. How to write a summary so that it is not the same? The following is a summary of the student union's orientation work that I have compiled for you. Welcome to read and collect it. Summary of the Student Union’s Orientation Work 1
1. Preparations for the Orientation
The smooth progress of this orientation work is very proud of the good preparations in the early stage. The Student Union held a meeting for the orientation work. The chairman assigned the orientation work tasks of each department, listened to the orientation opinions of each department, and required each department to carry out its work in accordance with the content of the orientation work in its own work plan. During the preparation process for the welcome, each department performed its duties and coordinated with each other.
1. In terms of the scheduling of welcome personnel, the chairman coordinates, and the heads of various departments actively participate and cooperate, truly reproducing the Ocean College Student Union as a warm and united family.
2. In terms of the provision of welcome items, the Organization and Practice Department took the main responsibility. Of course, this process also received help and support from other departments (such as the Culture and Sports Department). The Culture and Sports Department also prepared a beautiful little card for each new student. Although the card is light, every word in it represents the student union's deep affection for the new students.
3. Welcome publicity work. This new orientation publicity work can be described as a highlight and highlight. In terms of the design of large-scale posters for welcoming the new year, the Propaganda Department uniquely designed two "excellent products", which were unanimously praised by the students.
2. The official welcome work is carried out
<1> Welcome site.
At 8:30 in the morning on October 14th, the student union started working. The promotional poster with the ocean as the main background matches perfectly with the Ocean Building. The welcome scene in our hospital was filled with warmth and warmth.
Freshmen who have programs come first and rehearse with the programs of the second and third majors. At two o'clock in the afternoon, the freshmen arrived at the headquarters from Huxi on time. The sophomores and juniors provided "all-round" services to the freshmen. They formed volunteers to lead the freshmen to visit the campus and explain every aspect of our school. The beautiful scenery allows the freshmen to have a certain understanding of the school headquarters. The reception work was quite tiring, but the volunteers showed no signs of being tired at all. On the contrary, they were beaming with joy. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the volunteers. Their participation made our orientation activities a highlight.
<2> Basketball friendly match.
Members of the physical education department specially prepared a basketball game for the freshmen. The team formed temporarily by the freshmen also did their part and played very well, but there was still a certain gap between the team and the college team. , but we believe that after a year of training they will become the main force of the hospital team.
〈3〉Outstanding senior report meeting.
The Student Union invited outstanding seniors from three majors in the college to introduce their experiences of study and life in college to everyone in the lecture hall of the college. The seniors’ eloquent speeches left a deep impression on everyone. , talk carefully with the freshmen after the lecture, and solve difficult problems for the freshmen. The atmosphere of this lecture was warm and truly allowed the freshmen to understand that Ocean College is a big and warm family.
〈4〉Preparations for the Welcome Party
Hosting the Welcome Party is one of the traditional and necessary activities of our Ocean College. And every party held by the Ocean College Student Union is great. This year, we cannot lag behind and hold a party that satisfies everyone. I am honored that we have invited Dean Zheng and Dean Xu this time. They took time out of their busy schedules to attend our party, and everyone was very touched. Due to our adequate preparation in the preliminary work and the active participation of the students, we performed a variety of performances. It is worth mentioning that the freshmen's programs were quite exciting. In the end, we achieved obvious results, with good response and a relatively successful party.

Summary of the Student Union’s Welcome Work on October 15, XX 2
(1) Preparations for welcoming new students
20xx In September of this year, it is the golden autumn season. Freshmen from Shenzhen University Law School from all over the country and at home and abroad are approaching this beautiful campus full of longing. With a fiery heart, they enthusiastically throw themselves into the arms of Shenzhen University and embrace it. Shenzhen University Law School has joined the harmonious family of law schools with a glorious tradition. In this activity to welcome new students, the senior students in our school worked hard sincerely and enthusiastically, making the new students feel welcome at home.
1. Welcome at the headquarters
On September 8th and 9th, we welcomed more than 500 freshmen from the 20xx class of Shenzhen University Law School at the Yuanping Gymnasium. During the two days when new students are registering, staff from the secretariat, network department and other departments will be stationed at the Yuanping headquarters. The main tasks of the headquarters include registering and registering new students who come to register in the gymnasium, so that the new students can complete the registration procedures efficiently.
Due to the use of the new multi-functional campus card, this year's registration work is much simpler. After the quick card reading of the campus card, a series of registration tasks can be completed. The Secretariat is responsible for the overall on-site order, and the Network Department provides technical assistance. A volunteer team composed of some staff from various departments and volunteers from each class of sophomores provides services such as guidance and coolies to the new students in Yuanping.
2. Dormitory reception
The dormitory base camps for the 2006 freshmen of the Law School are mainly located in Hongliuzhai, Hongdouzhai, Yunque Tower, Yunxiang Pavilion and Huacheng No. 1. These are the places where our hard workers are located. Where there are law school workers, there are services. Some staff from the Secretariat, Network Department, Culture and Entertainment Department, Academic Department, Publicity Department, Rights and Interests Department, Sports Department, and External Relations Department are arranged to carry luggage and guide the new students in the dormitory area. Detailedly and patiently introduced to them the basic situation of Shenzhen University and Shenzhen University Law School. This not only makes the freshmen feel the warmth of Shenzhen University family members, but also makes parents who have traveled thousands of miles feel at ease. It also shows the high quality and spiritual outlook of Shenzhen University and Shenzhen University Law School students. Although the weather was not ideal, our volunteers still persisted until the end, reflecting the fine traditions and styles passed down by our senior brothers and sisters.
3. Green Channel
In this year’s orientation work, the application and processing of the Green Channel are mainly handled by the Rights and Interests Department, which assists teachers in consulting on student loan deferment of tuition fees, and assists in collecting new students. Files and registration.
4. Orientation publicity and broadcasting
The Publicity Department is mainly responsible for the publicity and venue layout of the entire orientation event of the Law School. He also directly participated in the welcoming work of new students and set up a point in China to welcome new students of the law school. Throughout the orientation period, the Ministry of Information and Information also conducted follow-up reports on these orientation efforts.
(2) Military training arrangements
Arrange cadres in each dormitory area to lead the team to the track and field field to coordinate with the school formation. On the day when military training begins, they will lead freshmen to various assembly points and send them off to the campus to receive military training. And after the military training, a large team of manpower is organized to help carry the luggage and welcome the new students returning to school from the military training.
(3) Garden Tour Activities
In order to facilitate freshmen to understand Shenzhen University, adapt to the new lifestyle and environment as soon as possible, strengthen exchanges between classmates, and feel the cultural atmosphere of Shenzhen University, special Plan school trips. Principles for setting the route: Shenzhen University is more representative, places that students often visit in their daily study and life, such as libraries, gymnasiums, campus hospitals, dining halls, teaching buildings, office buildings, etc.
(4) Holding of the opening ceremony for freshmen
With the opening ceremony, freshmen begin to experience university life. At the opening ceremony, the blessings of the college leaders and the instructions of the college teachers gave Xin students a wonderful first class. Arrange for persons in charge to lead teams in each dormitory area to enter the venue in an orderly manner for entrance education. Summary of the Student Union's Orientation Work 3
The Orientation work was carried out arduously on a day of continuous summer rain, but this did not affect our enthusiasm for welcoming new students at all. In order to better welcome new students, the student union has discussed and planned many times how to enable new students to enroll better and get more help. We have arranged for volunteers to meet new students at the door and guide them to the library to register. Volunteers at the base camp are responsible for helping new students take care of their luggage, giving parents a place to rest when new students are registering, and leading students to their dormitories when they are confused. The boys worked tirelessly to carry the huge luggage for the freshmen without a single complaint, just to provide them with the best help.
The words "senior sisters and brothers" spoken by junior brothers and sisters contain a responsibility and an honor in our hearts. As a senior sister and brother, I am happy to lend a hand to help the ignorant freshman. Although I was very enthusiastic about my work, I still encountered some unexpected situations in reality. Maybe it’s because many of the students in this class are only children, and the help we receive from the orientation work summary is an inevitable contribution. Many times, people need to learn to be grateful and content. When I saw that the construction work in some parts of the campus was not complete, I started to complain about this and that. We are here to learn our profession and enrich our knowledge. I hope that the first thing students pay attention to is the teaching staff and know how to cherish the environment instead of complaining more. When we were sweating profusely and helping the freshmen move their luggage, we couldn't tell whether it was the sweat on our faces due to the heavy luggage or the continuous rain from the sky. After we arranged the luggage for the new students and told them the precautions, who knew that something unexpected happened I was rejected without even a thank you. We are not greedy and need more comfort, we just want the respect we deserve among our junior brothers and sisters.
The second is that today’s parents are really too protective of their own children, and other children also have parents. You shouldn't force each other in everything. Only with more respect and trust between people can each other live better. I admit that there are still many areas where we are deficient in our work. I hope you can put forward your valuable opinions so that we can improve our work more instead of yelling at you right away. Our hard work is also to provide a better environment for your children. Are we wrong?
In other places, vehicles coming to school have become a serious problem.
During the welcoming ceremony, everywhere was crowded with vehicles. Not only was the traffic blocked, even the places where pedestrians were crossing were occupied by vehicles. The heavy luggage for the start of school and various reasons why families send their children to school cannot avoid traffic congestion. But I feel that in a situation where vehicles are chaotic, we need some guides to help us maintain traffic order. I hope that next year’s orientation can arrange some people to direct the placement and traffic of vehicles, instead of parents just doing whatever is convenient for them. Where to place the vehicle, completely ignore the entry and exit of vehicles behind and the movement of pedestrians.
Finally, after these two days of orientation work, we understood how hard and exhausted the senior sisters and brothers from the previous term were for our arrival. This orientation was a special experience, which allowed us to reposition ourselves and better understand what we should do next to establish dignity in front of the freshmen and develop our abilities more perfectly. Summary of the Student Union’s Welcome Work 4
From September 3 to 4, 20xx, ** University welcomed a new batch of freshmen, which was like injecting fresh blood into our school and made us more Full of youthful, vigorous and energetic energy! At this time of year, students from various departments will show their most beautiful and unforgettable moments. This year our art department is no exception. Through the mutual cooperation of various departments and the time and place, The arrangement of characters, fully coordinating and driving the officers and ministers, through their own hard work and sweat, gave each new student a different first day at university, so that they would no longer be confused just because they had just stepped onto the university campus. I don’t know, with every clerk’s hard explanations and sweat-filled help with luggage, I dispelled the unfamiliarity of many new students. On the one hand, it not only left a good impression on each new student, but on the other hand, it also showed us The student union's style and appearance have laid a certain foundation for establishing an excellent image. During the two-day orientation activities, there were both good aspects and shortcomings in the various preparatory work and orientation process of our art department. Here, I would like to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this orientation work, and use this as a lesson to prepare for the next orientation work.
(1) Advantages: This time, the coordination and enthusiasm of various departments are high, all officers are working hard, every officer is very energetic, and each department does its job well. . All preparatory work before the start of the orientation work has been carried out in an orderly manner, such as the setting up of tents, the use of drinking fountains, the moving of tables and chairs, the production of promotional posters and the overall layout of the art department base camp. These are all Well done. The staff mobility is very high, and the coordination and cooperation among the officers also ensures that the new student orientation work can be carried out smoothly, which is a guarantee for every new student from the moment he steps into the school gate to the safe arrival at the dormitory after completing the process.
(2) Disadvantages: 1. A serious mistake in the orientation process was the allocation of dormitories. Some freshmen received keys but were not assigned beds, some had beds but were not assigned keys, and some bed assignments were filled in repeatedly. These all led to conflicts among some freshmen who were unable to move into the dormitory when they were tired due to travel. , as a result, it also slowed down the work progress of other officers of the Student Union and delayed the progress of welcoming new students.
2. Due to weather problems, it rained heavily that day but we did not prepare more umbrellas, so many officers and parents of new students inevitably got wet.
3. Many officials are not clear about the roads and dormitory buildings in places they seldom go to, which also leads to some parents complaining about going in circles for no reason, which not only affects their mood, but also delays the orientation work. Arrangement of personnel.
4. There is a slight shortage of manpower. The process may take about an hour, during which some parents complained that they were not tolerated enough and did not receive them.
(3) Suggestions and Summary: The orientation work was successfully completed in the end, but there were some unpleasant phenomena mixed in. Overall, it's pretty good. In particular, all the officers and ministers are able to devote themselves to their work, and their spirit of forgetting to sleep and eat is worthy of praise. I hope to do a few things well during the next orientation. Here are some suggestions for the next orientation.
1. Be sure to respond to weather changes and prepare for necessary measures when high temperatures or heavy rains come.
2. All dormitory allocation issues must be prepared before the work begins, and no mistakes can be made to cause unnecessary trouble.
3. A clear understanding of the process must be implemented by all officers. It is best to practice it according to the actual process to avoid the same situation.
4. A few more officers should be added to the manpower and they should take turns to be on duty, so as not to affect the progress of the orientation. Summary of the Student Union’s Welcome Work 5
The welcome work for the 20xx freshmen is the first major event of the new semester for the Student Union of the School of Information. In order to better serve the freshmen, the student union has made full preparations and achieved good results. It has given the freshmen of Grade 06 the warmth of home and won unanimous praise from school teachers, freshmen and parents. Our School of Information plans to recruit 170 freshmen in Grade 06 (40 e-commerce students, 40 information management students, 51 accounting students, and 39 teaching technology students), including 87 boys, accounting for 57.6% of the students, and 64 girls, accounting for 42.4% of the students. , there are 54 new students from outside the province, accounting for 35.8% of the students. As of September 4, a conservative rate of 88.82% has been achieved.
The smooth progress of the orientation work indicates that the confidence and service concept of the Student Union of the School of Information will always be maintained, and it also opens a glorious first page for the Student Union's own work in the year. In order to carry out the new orientation work better in the future, we now make the following summary of this new orientation work:
1. Welcome preparations
The smooth development of this new orientation work is very proud of the previous work. Good preparation. The Student Union held a welcome meeting, and the presidium, under the guidance of teachers from the School of Information, assigned various departmental orientation tasks.
1. In terms of the scheduling of welcome personnel, it is coordinated by the presidium, and heads of various departments actively participate in the cooperation, truly reproducing the warm and united family of the Student Union of the School of Information.
2. In terms of the provision of welcome items, the Living Department takes on the main responsibility. Of course, this process also receives help and support from other departments (such as the Learning Department). [3edu Education Network, completely free]
3. Welcome publicity work. This welcome publicity work can be described as a highlight and highlight, and is mainly responsible for the Learning Department, Network Technology Department, and Propaganda Department. The publicity has generally received relatively good publicity effects, allowing new students and parents to have a good "first impression" of the department and the student union.
4. Arrangement and layout of the welcome reception venue. The Physical Education Department and the Discipline Inspection Department took on the heavy responsibility. Early in the morning on the 2nd, the heads of various departments of the Student Union rushed to the teaching building to borrow tables and chairs for the reception and began to arrange the venue.
5. It is worth mentioning that the leaders of the college and the head teachers of each freshmen class personally directed and worked on-site for the student union’s orientation work, which provided a strong guarantee for the smooth completion of our orientation work.
2. The official welcome work is carried out
〈1〉. Welcome scene
At 6:30 in the morning on September 2, the student union started working, and everyone quickly Then the venue was arranged. The large banner with "School of Information" written on it is particularly eye-catching, and it matches perfectly with the promotional board that has a bit of ancient beauty. Each reception class of sophomores and juniors placed a small blackboard with "Welcome Home Freshmen" written in front of each class desk, making the welcome scene of our department warm and welcoming. The freshmen who have just arrived in our college come to the front of each reception class to receive the teaching overview and registration procedures. The sophomores and juniors provide "all-round" services to the new students. They enthusiastically explain our school's policies to their parents, help them carry their luggage, and implement a one-to-one campus help system to encourage new students to come to school. Received warmth for the first time. The Students' Union provides excellent services to each reception class. In view of the lack of water at the reception venue, they specially moved the water dispenser from the department office to the orientation site. In addition, the Student Union also set up a desk on site to solve temporary problems that arise during reception work. Since new students come from all over the country, their arrival time at school is not concentrated, so the reception of new students lasts from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. During this period, the student union accompanied members of each reception class to "supervise their posts" until the end, providing convenience for the students. Members of the study department are mainly responsible for registering, completing procedures, and arranging accommodation for new students, so that they can quickly find a place to rest after the hard work of traveling. As of September 4th, 151 freshmen have actually been reported (39 e-commerce students, 36 information management students, 44 accounting majors, 32 teaching technology students), and 19 students have not been reported (1 e-commerce major, 4 credit management students, and accounting majors). 7 people, teaching skills 7), the reporting rate is 88.82%.
<2> Dormitory visits.
Considering that freshmen have just arrived at school and have a lot of discomfort in life, but they are unable to raise some trivial issues, based on this, the leaders of the college and the heads of various departments of the Student Union visited the School of Information on the evening of the 4th In each dormitory, we asked them in detail about their living conditions and further solved some of the students' life problems.
〈3〉 Preparation for the welcome party
Holding the welcome party is also one of the traditional and necessary activities of our School of Information. And the party held by the School of Information every year is the best. Although the welcome party will be held at the end of September, preparations for the party have already begun.
The successful completion of the orientation work is the result of the joint efforts of all teachers and students. We must sum up our experience and overcome shortcomings, be good at innovation and be brave in pioneering in future work, and better complete our individual work. item of work. Summary of the Student Union’s Orientation Work 6
The orientation work in September 20xx has come to an end.
Welcome, as the first student job of our college’s student union in the new semester, and related to the effective development of subsequent recruitment work, its importance can be seen. Generally speaking, from the initial planning to the implementation of all related work, everything went smoothly without any major mistakes.
In the early preparations, the student union has a clear division of labor, and relevant work certificates, promotional banners, posters, signs, leaflets, materials for distribution to new students, borrowed tables, chairs, and luggage trolleys can all be provided in a timely manner. In place, it ensures that the guidance and registration on the orientation day are smooth, orderly and efficient. But there are still some mistakes in details, which more or less delays the time.
For example, when making the work permit in the early stage, the software could not be opened and had to be remade in the store. There was one less photo sticker printed for the freshman reception car and another store had to be chosen to make it again. Although these small mistakes did not have a fatal impact on this activity, they exposed the implementer's lack of care in dealing with the assigned tasks. I hope they will be paid attention to in future work.
In addition, another mistake in publicity was the failure to grasp the timing of hanging banners in time. Because there was no advantageous geographical location, the couplet banners that were originally supposed to be hung in Building 3 had to be hung in Building 2. Although objectively speaking, this is related to the fact that the content of the banner has not been decided yet and the production was completed late.
September 8th and 9th are the two most important days for the student union of our college to register new students. The Student Union has made detailed arrangements for on-site work, and implemented a shift system for staff to ensure the continuous development of the work of serving new students in relevant positions. In this orientation work, our college students will have several innovative highlights. First, in order to facilitate the parents of new students to go through the admission procedures at the Ximen Sports Center and prepare for the military training in front of Building No. 7 at the North Gate, the student union has arranged a "luggage storage office" to temporarily store the luggage of the new students to reduce their burden. There were basically no errors during the storage process. Secondly, we rented a sightseeing bus from the Dinosaur Park as a shuttle bus for new students in our college to transport new students and their parents to and from the West Gate and North Gate where procedures and registration are required. In addition, the shuttle bus also played an important role in leading the freshmen on a half-day tour of campus. It is highly praised by new students and parents for its convenient and fast methods and enthusiastic service attitude. Thirdly, the party members' love service vehicle shuttled between the dormitory buildings and the busy backs of volunteers wearing little red hats also became a beautiful scenery in this orientation event. The ten trolleys we rented from the supermarket saved the new students and their parents the burden and trouble of carrying their luggage back and forth.
Others, such as arranging guidance personnel to provide consultation services to new students and their parents, guiding them to handle procedures at relevant locations, and issuing leaflets on anti-theft and safety, are not to mention warm reminders.
In addition, the student union’s ability to adapt to changes in the work process has been strengthened, which was fully reflected in this orientation activity. For example, the arrangement of the waiting points and the logo of the party members' charity car, which were not originally thought of, were effectively arranged and produced in the busy schedule.
Of course, there were also some unnecessary mistakes and troubles during the event. For example, the freshman registration form that should have been prepared long ago was not printed until the day of the event when the registration was ready, which was almost a rush. The management of love service vehicles is also relatively lax, and they are always wary of the safety of the vehicles. In addition to the main grasp of the activity process, all-round consideration of details is required.
As for the finishing work, everything is in its place and there is no loss. The staff is serious and responsible and does a good job.
On the whole, this orientation work has basically successfully completed the initial plan. The form is innovative, the work and service attitude are worthy of recognition, and the details need to be improved. I hope next year’s orientation work will be even better!
Summary of the orientation work of the Student Union of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering 7
The orientation work of the 20xx freshmen is a major event in the work of the Student Union of the School of Chemical Engineering, and it also marks the official start of the work of the 20xx-20xx Student Union. . In order to provide good help to the freshmen of the class of 20xx, the student union has made full preparations to make the freshmen feel caring and warm. It has achieved good results and has been unanimously praised by parents, freshmen and leaders. In order to do better work for the student union in the future, we now make the following summary of the student union:
1. Welcome preparations
The smooth development of this orientation work is very proud of the good preparations in the early stage. . The Student Union held an orientation meeting, and the presidium, under the guidance of teachers from the School of Chemical Engineering, issued orientation tasks for each department.
1. In terms of the scheduling of orientation personnel, the presidium coordinated and the heads of each department actively participated. The cooperation truly represents the warm and united big family of the Student Union of the School of Chemical Engineering.
2. In terms of the provision of welcome items, the Living Department has taken the main responsibility. Of course, this process has also received help and support from other departments.
3. Welcome publicity work. This welcome publicity work can be described as a highlight and highlight, and it is the responsibility of the Propaganda Department. The biggest highlights of our college are student signatures, photos and messages from parents. This is the biggest feature of our college and is indispensable throughout the years. The publicity has generally received relatively good publicity effects, allowing new students and parents to have a good "first impression" of the department and the student union.
4. In terms of the arrangement and layout of the welcome reception venue, various departments cooperated, hanging bookmarks, blowing balloons, putting up promotional boards, setting up tents, etc., especially the ministers, who were setting up the welcome venue the day before the welcome.
5. It is worth mentioning that the 20xx counselors and leaders of the Student Union’s orientation work personally directed the on-site work, which provided a strong guarantee for the successful completion of our orientation work.
2. The official welcome work started
At 6 o'clock in the morning on September 11, the student union started working, and everyone quickly arranged the venue.
The large banner with "College of Chemical Engineering" written on it is particularly eye-catching and harmonious with the beautiful promotional board. The sophomore volunteers also arrived on time and actively led the freshmen who had just arrived in our school to the front of each reception class to receive the teaching overview and registration procedures. The sophomore brothers and sisters provided "all-round" services to the new students. They enthusiastically explained the details of our hospital to the parents of the new students, helped them carry their luggage, and implemented a one-on-one campus help system, so that the new students came to school more easily. Be warm for the first time. The Students' Union provides excellent services to each reception class. In view of the lack of water in the reception area, they specially moved the water dispenser from the Student Affairs Office to the orientation area and the Student Union also set up a table on site to solve temporary problems that arose during the reception. Since new students come from all over the country, their arrival time at school is not concentrated, so the reception of new students lasts from 6 am to 5 pm. Each class of sophomores and the party member service team of juniors took turns to come to the scene to help. Since the freshmen lived in Shengsheng, some people stayed in Shengsheng to receive the freshmen coming from Nanhu to Shengsheng. During this period, the student union accompanied members of each reception class to "supervise their posts" until the end, providing convenience for the students. Members of the study department are mainly responsible for registering, completing procedures, and arranging accommodation for new students, so that they can quickly find a place to rest after the hard work of traveling. As of the afternoon of September 11, approximately 80% of the new students had arrived. On September 12, the work continued. The student union members persisted until the end of the orientation, and no one complained.
3. Welcome summary
The two-day orientation work is over, but we have learned a lot from it. We deeply understand the importance of arranging work in advance. Only by doing your best in advance and taking into account all possible situations can you minimize problems when you actually do it. We better understand the necessity of cooperation among colleagues. Only when all departments and people within the department work together can we complete the work with the most efficiency and quality. Through the orientation, we also greatly improved our ability to communicate with strangers.
This work is divided into three stages, new student registration, student union recruitment and welcome party.
The first stage: *** lasted two days. Two days before the new students arrived, the chairman had already held a meeting and divided the work. The director of the Arts and Literature Department is responsible for arranging consultation points and etiquette personnel, and the director of the Discipline Department is responsible for arranging the registration and payment order management personnel for new students. Early in the morning on September 15th, the director of the Sports Department led people to set up tents, one for the North Gate and one for the Architecture Department. Due to the preparations made in advance, the orientation work was very successful, and none of the student union members attended class. Do your best to make new students and their parents feel that the school is well managed and that the senior students are enthusiastic in welcoming new students.
The second stage: *** lasted for three days. Since the freshmen have the National Day holiday immediately after their military training, and some sophomore classes have to go out for internships at the beginning of the National Day holiday, the time is tight, so we wait for the new recruits to be recruited in the hospital to start recruiting new students. Just like welcoming new students, early in the morning on September 21, the boys set up tents, moved tables and stools, and started recruiting new jobs. Each department has its own printed introduction. The Propaganda Department has put out two boards in advance. One board is for the Student Union to welcome new students and has photos of the activities of the Department of Architecture. The other is for introductions to each department of the Student Union. Every morning and noon, someone will be sent to sit in front of each department to introduce the new students so that they can better understand the student union.
The third stage: On September 24th, that is, Saturday, the Welcome Party of the Architecture Student Union will begin at 7 p.m. It was originally scheduled to be held next Monday, but because it was held earlier than other departments to allow the Department of Architecture to better promote it, it was changed to Saturday night. Although there was a slight problem when our art department selected the program at the beginning. The program list came out but the program was not sure to come. This is the most taboo thing when hosting a party. Because we confirmed it many times in advance, the program list was confirmed. The boys from the student union were responsible for setting up the stage, while the girls were responsible for setting up the stage. The party started on time at 7pm, and it was better than expected. There were many freshmen who showed positive performance in the freshman interaction program. Of course there are many shortcomings.
