According to Saipan’s tourism policy, Chinese citizens traveling to Saipan can enjoy a 45-day visa-free entry policy. You only need to bring a passport valid for more than 6 months, as well as a round-trip air ticket to Saipan and a hotel confirmation to enter the country without a visa.
