1. Title and basic information: at the top of the delivery note, clearly write down the title, such as "Delivery Note". Then provide basic information, including date, delivery note number, name, address, contact person and contact information of consignor and consignee.
2. Detailed description: describe the information of each accessory in detail in the delivery note, including the name, model, quantity and specifications of the accessory. Ensure that the information of each accessory is clear, and number or mark it according to the quantity, so as to facilitate checking and distribution.
3. Individual marking: For the spare parts given separately, clearly mark the giving group to which each spare part belongs on the delivery note. Numbers, letters or other symbols can be used to represent different gift groups, so that the delivery personnel can accurately identify them.
4. Packaging and identification: If each accessory has its own packaging, it is recommended to indicate the packaging form of each accessory on the delivery note, such as boxes, bags, etc. In addition, in order to ensure the accuracy of distribution, the name, quantity and giving group of each accessory can be marked on the package.
5. Remarks and signatures: Leave space at the bottom of the delivery note for the consignor and consignee to add comments and signatures. The shipper can provide any relevant information in the remarks, such as special precautions or delivery requirements. After receiving the goods, the consignee can confirm the receipt at the signature and indicate whether there is any problem or loss in the remarks.
6. Copy and backup: After completing the delivery note, it is recommended to copy or take photos for backup. This can ensure that there is a backup for reference when inspection or recording is needed.
