Winxp doesn't have the forced mode of driver signature, and the driver inf file of win7/8 can't be installed without digital signature. For the sake of security, the driver installed by Microsoft by default has no digital signature, so there is such a disabled mode. In safe mode, it can be installed safely or installed in pe according to winpe.
