Press f8 after booting, and you can enter the system after booting. Press F8 to select the last correct configuration to work (which can solve the error caused by the driver installation error) and the safe mode with network connection (after entering, there is a network, and then get rid of it with 360 software), and it may be repaired.

What's more, the memory stick is full of dust. Disassemble the chassis, remove the memory stick, then clean up the golden finger of the memory, reinstall it, and then start the test run.
