As follows

1) Open WeChat and enter the application, click Me in the lower right corner, then click Wallet on the My page, find the train tickets and air tickets on the Wallet page and click to enter.

3) Find the train ticket order you want to refund, click to enter the details, and then click on the right side of the price to refund the ticket. 4) Click below to confirm the refund, and a prompt will appear indicating that the refund application is successful. Just wait for the refund to be refunded.
