Alipay only supports binding account registration certificates to handle bank cards, and other people's bank cards cannot be bound.
1. Verify that the certificate information, name, bank card number and mobile phone number filled in when signing the contract should be consistent with the actual information of the bank. If not, please contact the bank.
2. When filling in the information, the X of the ID number should be capitalized, there should be no spaces in the middle of the name, and the number should be entered in English.
3. Some banks do not support fast payment with non-ID cards, so it is recommended to change to other payment methods.
4. If you have passed the real-name authentication, it is recommended to confirm whether the information on the bank side is consistent with the information filled in by Alipay, such as whether to add spaces or not, and whether "."will not be added to the names of ethnic minority users. 5. Fast payment by savings card needs to distinguish between 15 digits and 18 digits. That is, the user fills in the 15 ID number in the bank, and Alipay will prompt that the ID information is inconsistent when signing the contract. Users are advised to fill in the ID number consistent with the bank.
