The plaintiff, xxxxxx Law Firm, submitted an agreement signed in the name of the applicant to the court (agreement: Party A agrees to pay Party B the lawyer's fee of XXXXXX million yuan only within five days after the signing of this agreement). The contents and signature of this agreement were not written by the applicant. The signature handwriting on the agreement is obviously different from the applicant's usual signature handwriting in stroke movement, stroke crossing, connection and collocation, stroke order and font structure.
