After verification and confirmation, the staff of the appraisal institution will copy and file, and the original will be returned to the parties immediately.
2. Fill in the application form. The parties need to fill in the Application for Paternity Identification in person, including the basic information of the parties. If the child is young and can't write, it can be filled in by the parents, and then confirmed by the child's fingerprint.
3. The photo-taking paternity test institution takes photos of the parties and files them, and the photos taken will be used for the paternity test report.
4. Take samples to collect blood samples from each side, usually 2 ~ 3 drops of finger blood or toe blood. After the blood collection is completed, it needs to be signed by the blood collector and confirmed by the blood collector according to his fingerprint. The parties concerned pay the paternity test fee.
5. Identification refers to the identification of samples by the identification center.
6. After receiving the report, after collecting the blood samples of the parties concerned, the paternity test agency will generally make a paternity test report audited and appraised by experts within 2 weeks, and then send it to the entrusting unit or the client, and the experts will be responsible for explaining the results of the appraisal report. The paternity test report can be collected at the appraisal center by agreement, or can be entrusted to the appraisal center for mailing. It takes about 8- 10 days to complete the above steps, and the appraisal process takes a long time. Please be patient.
Legal basis: Article 26 of the General Rules of Judicial Appraisal Procedure in People's Republic of China (PRC), a judicial appraisal institution shall complete the appraisal of the entrusted matters within 30 working days from the date of signing the judicial appraisal agreement with the client. If the appraisal involves complex, difficult and special technical problems or the inspection process takes a long time, the time for completing the appraisal may be extended with the approval of the person in charge of the institution, and the extension time shall generally not exceed 30 working days. Where there is another agreement between the judicial authentication institution and the client on the time limit for completing the authentication, such agreement shall prevail. The time required to supplement or re-extract the identification materials in the identification process is not included in the identification time limit.
