Chapter 3 Enrollment Plan and Charges
Article 9: The school recruits students nationwide, and in accordance with national policy requirements, strives to promote regional, urban and rural equality of enrollment opportunities, optimize the school’s student source structure, and make overall arrangements The number of candidates in each province, the quality of students, the employment situation of each major and other factors will determine the enrollment plan for each province and major. The batches, majors, number of students recruited by the school in each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) and the relevant application requirements are announced to the public by the provincial admissions agencies. The plans announced by provincial admissions agencies do not include special types of admissions plans for recommended students, sports training majors, high-level sports teams, and high-level art troupes.
Article 10 The school will use 1% of the total enrollment plan as a reserved plan, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of online students in the unified examination in various places, solve the problem of admitting candidates with the same score and parallel applications and not withdrawing them. planning needs.
Article 11 The school charges relevant fees in accordance with the law. Among them:
1. Tuition fees are charged based on credits and paid in advance based on the academic year. Advance payment standards: 10,000 yuan/year for art majors; 5,500 yuan/year for the first and second academic years of software engineering majors, 16,000 yuan/year for the third and fourth academic years; 5,000-5,500 yuan/year for other majors.
2. Accommodation fee: 700-1,200 yuan/year at Zhongshan North Road Campus and 1,200 yuan/year at Minhang Campus.
3. For normal school students who receive public education, the central government will bear their tuition and accommodation fees and provide living expenses subsidies during their four-year study period.
Chapter 4 Admission Principles
Article 12 The school determines the transfer ratio based on the student sources and application modes of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government, and adjusts the admissions according to the batches of volunteers in order. In principle, the proportion shall not exceed 120% of the enrollment plan. According to the batch of parallel voluntary submissions, the adjustment ratio shall not exceed 105% in principle.
When filing, our school will recognize the highest one of the policy bonus points stipulated by the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), and the maximum will not exceed 20 points. ;This extra point is applicable when registering files and arranging majors. Article 14: The principle of "score priority" is adopted for the admission of general batch majors. Art and sports majors will be admitted in batches based on the "score first" principle, and the principle of equal score processing will be implemented in accordance with the admissions brochure and other relevant regulations.
Article 15: Candidates’ opinions will no longer be solicited when adjusting or withdrawing majors. The specific principles are as follows:
1. For the general admission batch that implements parallel volunteering, the school must Candidates who meet the admission score and are admitted will be admitted as long as they comply with the professional adjustment and meet the requirements in the physical examination.
2. Article 16: Foreign language majors only recruit English language candidates, and there are no restrictions on foreign language candidates for other majors.
Article 17: In the case of insufficient first-choice candidates for the batches of sequential applications, the school may accept non-first-choice candidates and select the best based on their application scores. If the number of qualified non-first choice candidates is still insufficient, applications will be solicited. According to the parallel volunteer submission batch, unfinished projects will also collect volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with better student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
Article 18: Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General College Admissions" and relevant supplementary regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, and China Disabled Persons' Federation. Article 21. Candidates from provinces with comprehensive college entrance examination reforms must comply with the subject requirements for majors announced by the school when applying for majors.
Article 22 Admission Principles for Arts, Sports, Special Types, etc.
1. The admissions method for candidates applying for the Strong Foundation Plan shall be in accordance with the school’s Enrollment Brochure and Education Implementation of enrollment policies related to strengthening the foundation plan at the ministry, provincial and school levels.

3. The admissions procedures for candidates applying for art majors shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the art majors admission brochure published by the school.
4. Candidates who pass the school assessment and obtain the qualifications of high-level art troupes shall follow the admission policy of the Ministry of Education regarding high-level art troupes.
5. Candidates who pass the school assessment and are qualified for admission to high-level sports teams shall follow the admission policy of the Ministry of Education for high-level sports teams.
6. Shanghai candidates applying for physical education majors shall follow the provisions of the published "2020 East China Normal University Physical Education Major Admissions Guide (Shanghai Area)"; candidates from other provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall in principle follow the admission system Based on the application scores shown in .
Article 23 Students who fill in the application for the targeted employment enrollment plan must sign a targeted employment agreement with the targeted employment unit after admission, otherwise their admission qualifications will be cancelled.
For non-Tibetan students seeking employment in Tibet, only fresh high school graduates with professional aspirations will be admitted.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, candidates with non-Tibetan origins seeking employment in Tibet must submit a "written application for non-Tibetan students seeking employment in Tibet" signed by the candidate himself and the candidate's parents or guardians to the school admissions office before being formally admitted to the school. Otherwise, the school will not admit you.
Article 24 Normal college students who receive publicly funded education must sign the "Agreement on Publicly Funded Education for Normal College Students" after enrolling, otherwise their admission qualifications will be cancelled.
