2. Time: July 18, 2011, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

II. Interview-related matters
1. Interview time and format
Interviews will be held on July 24th and 25th. The interviews will be conducted in the form of on-site lectures. , the interview time for each candidate is 5-8 minutes, but not more than 8 minutes.
2. Interview content
The interview content for candidates applying for the middle school stage is the current textbooks for the corresponding subjects in the second grade of junior high school (courses not offered in the second grade of junior high school will be changed to the third grade of junior high school) textbooks, such as junior high school chemistry), and the interview content for candidates in the primary school period is the current textbooks for the corresponding subjects in the fifth grade of primary schools. The interview questions are set by the field teachers one day before the interview and are conducted in an environment of absolute confidentiality.
3. Interview grouping
According to the characteristics of the subject, and in accordance with the principles of unified scope of the same subject and relatively unified scoring standards of the same subject, the interview candidates will be divided into 14 interview groups, divided into two days. Complete the interview.
4. Interview scoring
In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the interview scoring, each interview group will be graded based on the interview scores of the top three candidates in the group's interview order. , after the interview team examiners unify the scoring standards, they will grade each candidate for the interview. When there are multiple interview groups for the same subject, we will correct the interview scores. The correction formula is: candidate's final score = candidate's score in the interview group × (average score of all candidates for the same position ÷ average score of candidates in the interview group where the candidate is located). When calculating the average score in the formula, outliers (abnormally high and abnormally low scores) should be removed first, and then 1 or 2 highest and lowest scores should be removed.
5. Total score calculation method
The written test and interview scores each account for 50 points with the same weight (for example, the total score of the two subjects in the written test is 200 points, and the candidate's actual score is 120 points, and the interview score is full is 100 points, and the score is 80 points, then: the candidate’s final total score converted into hundred points is 120×(50/200) 80×(50/100)=30 40=70 (points)

2. Physical examination
On July 30, candidates who pass the qualification review will go to the Municipal People's Hospital for a physical examination; candidates who fail the qualification review will be cancelled, and the canceled position indicators will be based on the total number of the position. The candidates who pass the physical examination will be admitted to Fengcheng Xincheng Central School on August 2nd. The candidates will be selected according to their overall scores according to their grades. Schools will be selected in order from high to low; candidates who fail to choose a school in time will be deemed to have given up automatically, and the vacant positions will be filled in order from the subjects of this academic period according to the overall score.
