Blue is a water-soluble dye, which fades easily. When I was a child, I put my exercise book in the sun for 2 months, and the blue color faded almost. But black is a suspended liquid of carbon particles, which will not fade, and it will not fade after a year of sun exposure. So important files need to be saved with black signatures.
