The main title indicates the theme of the meeting, and the subtitle indicates the name and language of the meeting, such as "Educational reform with" Theory of Three Represents "as the guide —— A summary of the symposium on some educators studying" Theory of Three Represents "theory in Jinan. 2. Number: generally written in brackets in the middle position below the title. 3. Date: The written time of meeting minutes refers to the time when the meeting was adopted or the time when the leaders signed it. 4. Issuance: signed by the convener of the meeting. 5. Text: The text of the meeting minutes is divided into three parts: preface, text and conclusion. Introduction, briefly introducing the basic situation, purpose, starting and ending time, place, participants, basic agenda, main activities and achievements of the meeting; The text, which specifically expounds the issues and opinions, conclusions and decisions discussed at the meeting, as well as the requirements for future work; The ending is generally not written separately. 6.
