1. Open outlook for mac.
2. Open the system settings of outlook, as shown in the following figure:
3. The following interface appears.
4. Select the signature, and the following interface will appear. Click the plus sign in the lower left corner to add a new item. I have already added two items. )
5. Select an item on the left, and then enter the signature content on the right. You can also set colors, font sizes, and hyperlinks, as follows:
6. Then select the default signature in the lower right corner to open the interface:
7. Select the signature item you designed on the right. Here I choose the newly created: email signature, and click OK.
