1. First, we need to right-click this computer and select Manage.

2. Then we need to click "Device Manager"

3. Click Universal Serial Bus Controller.

4. Locate the device with the yellow exclamation mark and right click.

5. Click to uninstall the device, and then plug in the USB device again. You can install MTP USB.
